TENTMAKERS Year on Mission is a gap year opportunity for young adults to invest a concentrated year of their lives to grow in strength as disciples of Jesus Christ in an environment of encouragement. Participants grow in compassion, character, and faith while developing the imagination, moral courage, and tenacity to lead in all walks of life.

Dick Amundson

Dick Amundson is the president and founder of TENTMAKERS. He started the ministry in 1979 in response to the need for more Christ-centered, equipped, and committed youth leaders.

Londa Amundson

Londa Amundson is a manager and trainer in leadership development. In 1979, she co-founded TENTMAKERS with her husband Dick. Her major focus has been the development of the organization’s unique training process. Primary delights in her life include marriage to Dick since 1975, being a mother of four wonderful adult children, and grandmother of four grandchildren. She and Dick live in Eden Prairie, MN, and are members of St. Michael’s Lutheran Church in Bloomington, MN.

Owen Cooper

Owen has been associated with TENTMAKERS since 2006. He currently co-manages the TENTMAKERS Year on Mission program and promotes the program to young people, churches, and schools.

Mark Liason Tentmakers
Associate Training Director

Mark Eliason

Mark has been on staff with TENTMAKERS since September of 1989. He has carried a number of roles over the years and right now mainly focuses on the preparation and delivery of the different TENTMAKERS training events available.

Chuck Salibi Tentmakers
Wisconsin Regional Training Manager

Chuck Salibi

Chuck was a high school math and science teacher for almost 30 years.  Chuck was introduced to TENTMAKERS in 2012. He attended the 40-Day Leadership Training Experience in 2015 where he followed God's call to use his passion for educators and students to volunteer with TENTMAKERS.  In 2018 he accepted the opportunity to work full-time as a Regional Manager and with a passion to see people meet with God and follow His call.
